                         capacitivos atrav{\'e}s da revis{\~a}o sistem{\'a}tica e 
                         an{\'a}lise bibliom{\'e}trica da literatura. Sensores de umidade 
                         s{\~a}o de grande import{\^a}ncia para diversas 
                         aplica{\c{c}}{\~o}es, em especial para a aplica{\c{c}}{\~a}o 
                         em monitoramento ambiental. O elemento sensor deve ser 
                         confi{\'a}vel, possuir resist{\^e}ncias mec{\^a}nica e 
                         qu{\'{\i}}mica e ser replic{\'a}vel para ser utilizado com 
                         seguran{\c{c}}a em ambientes hostis e com dificuldade de acesso 
                         para manuten{\c{c}}{\~a}o. A pesquisa e o desenvolvimento de 
                         sensores capacitivos de cer{\^a}mica porosa no INPE t{\^e}m como 
                         principal objetivo o monitoramento da umidade relativa do ar e de 
                         solos instalados nas Plataformas de Coleta de Dados (PCDs) do 
                         INPE. Pretende-se tamb{\'e}m utiliz{\'a}-los na 
                         agropecu{\'a}ria e monitoramento de deslizamento de encostas. Os 
                         elementos sensores na forma monol{\'{\i}}tica (pastilhas 
                         cil{\'{\i}}ndricas) est{\~a}o desenvolvidos e se encontra na 
                         fase de confec{\c{c}}{\~a}o do sistema sensor (com a parte 
                         eletr{\^o}nica inclusa). Os elementos sensores do tipo filme, que 
                         permite a miniaturiza{\c{c}}{\~a}o do sistema, est{\'a} em fase 
                         de pesquisa. Assim, os m{\'e}todos de fabrica{\c{c}}{\~a}o 
                         desses elementos sensores s{\~a}o de grande import{\^a}ncia para 
                         se atingir os requisitos elicitados. Neste trabalho, foi realizado 
                         uma revis{\~a}o sistem{\'a}tica utilizando a ferramenta 
                         ProKnow-C para a identifica{\c{c}}{\~a}o dos principais 
                         m{\'e}todos para a fabrica{\c{c}}{\~a}o de componentes de um 
                         elemento sensor cer{\^a}mico capacitivo na forma de filme poroso, 
                         assim como a an{\'a}lise bibliom{\'e}trica das fontes 
                         selecionadas atrav{\'e}s do software VOSviewer. Foram 
                         identificadas 18 t{\'e}cnicas de conforma{\c{c}}{\~a}o de 
                         filmes de cer{\^a}micas porosas em 40 publica{\c{c}}{\~o}es. 
                         Foram identificadas 6 t{\'e}cnicas de manufatura aditiva para a 
                         fabrica{\c{c}}{\~a}o dos eletrodos em 45 
                         publica{\c{c}}{\~o}es. Os m{\'e}todos e aplica{\c{c}}{\~o}es 
                         encontrados foram descritos. Ap{\'o}s as an{\'a}lises destes 
                         dados, juntamente com a experi{\^e}ncia dos membros do grupo de 
                         pesquisas na pesquisa e desenvolvimento dos elementos sensores 
                         monol{\'{\i}}ticos, principalmente no processamento das 
                         cer{\^a}micas, as t{\'e}cnicas para a conforma{\c{c}}{\~a}o do 
                         elemento sensor foram selecionadas. Tape casting e screen printing 
                         foram as t{\'e}cnicas que se mostrou mais interessantes para a 
                         fabrica{\c{c}}{\~a}o de filmes cer{\^a}micos porosos 
                         autossustent{\'a}veis. Considerando que o material met{\'a}lico 
                         dos eletrodos do elemento sensor dever{\'a} apresentar baixa taxa 
                         de oxida{\c{c}}{\~a}o e a camada formada pelo eletrodo deve 
                         penetrar apenas nos poros superficiais grandes, foi selecionada a 
                         t{\'e}cnica direct ink writing para a fabrica{\c{c}}{\~a}o dos 
                         eletrodos. ABSTRACT: This work aims to propose techniques for the 
                         conformation of capacitive ceramic sensor elements through 
                         systematic review and bibliometric analysis of the literature. 
                         Humidity sensors are of significant importance for several 
                         applications, especially for the application in environmental 
                         monitoring. The sensor element must be reliable, have mechanical 
                         and chemical resistance, and be replicable to be used safely in 
                         hostile environments and with difficult access for maintenance. 
                         The main objective of the research and development of capacitive 
                         porous sensors at INPE is to monitor the relative humidity of the 
                         air and soils installed in the INPE Data Collection Platforms 
                         (PCDs). Other uses of the sensor elements are for agriculture and 
                         monitoring of landslides. The sensor elements in the monolithic 
                         form (cylindrical inserts) are already developed, and the sensor 
                         system (with the electronic part included) is under development. 
                         The sensor elements of the film type, which allow the 
                         miniaturization of the system, are in the research step. Thus, the 
                         manufacturing methods of these sensor elements are of significant 
                         importance to achieve the elicited requirements. In this work, a 
                         systematic review was carried out using the ProKnow-C tool to 
                         identify the main methods for the manufacturing of components of a 
                         capacitive ceramic sensor element in the form of a porous film, as 
                         well as the bibliometric analysis of the selected sources using 
                         the VOSviewer software. The study identified eighteen porous 
                         ceramic film conformation techniques in 40 publications. The 
                         research identified six additive manufacturing techniques for the 
                         manufacture of the electrodes in 45 publications. The methods and 
                         applications found were described. After the analysis of these 
                         data, along with the experience of the members of the research 
                         group in the research and development of the monolithic sensor 
                         elements, mainly in the processing of ceramics, the techniques for 
                         the conformation of the sensor element were selected. Tape casting 
                         and screen printing are the techniques that proved to be most 
                         interesting for the manufacture of self-sustaining porous ceramic 
                         films. Considering that the metallic material of the electrodes of 
                         the sensor element must present a low oxidation rate and the layer 
                         formed by the electrode must penetrate only the large superficial 
                         pores, the direct ink writing technique was selected for the 
                         manufacture of the electrodes.",
