                         coletou dados de vento, stress e espectro de ondas, que 
                         possibilitaram entender e propor formula{\c{c}}{\~o}es que 
                         relacionassem wave-age com o comprimento de rugosidade. Neste 
                         artigo, as formula{\c{c}}{\~o}es de Smith e Volkov foram 
                         aplicadas em um modelo de Camada de Fluxo Constante com os fluxos 
                         parametrizados com a teoria de similaridade. Os resultados mostram 
                         que a formula{\c{c}}{\~a}o de Volkov prev{\^e} cerca de 30 por 
                         cento de redu{\c{c}}{\~a}o do vento de superf{\'{\i}}cie, na 
                         presen{\c{c}}a de ondas com per{\'{\i}}odo de pico entre 5 e 12 
                         segundos. ABSTRACT: Momentum and mass exchange between the sea and 
                         atmosphere are significantly influenced by sea-waves. The HEXOS 
                         experiment collected wind, stress and wave spectrum information 
                         resulting in new insights and to give new formulations relating 
                         surface roughness and wave age. In this article the formulations 
                         from Smith and Volkov are applied to a unidimensional Constant 
                         Flux Layer model using the similarity theory. The results show the 
                         Volkov formulation reducing the surface wind in about 30% in the 
                         presence waves with of peak period between 5 and 12 seconds..",
