How to cite the Document identified by the URI <upn:9HFNHE:CBnmVX32PXQZeBBx/qg53m> in your draft document, using the INPE standard (BibINPE format)
There are two ways to cite the Document: by means of a relative link* or an absolute link**.

† The complete list of Archives that accept relative links can be found at: <upn:9HFNHE-:QABCDSTQQW/4E7MG35/federatedArchives.txt>. This list contains all Archives on the IBI network. To create a relative link, simply add the prefix ./ to the URI, writing it like this: <./upn:9HFNHE:CBnmVX32PXQZeBBx/qg53m>. This prefix replaces the protocol (e.g., http) and the resolver's domain name (e.g., urlib.net), making the connection more stable.
