† The complete list of Archives that accept relative links can be found at: upn:9HFNHE-:QABCDSTQQW/4E7MG35/federatedArchives.txt. This list contains all Archives on the IBI network. To create a relative link, simply add the prefix ./ to the URI***. This prefix replaces the protocol (http) and the resolver's domain name (urlib.net), making the connection more stable.
* Relative link: omits the resolver's protocol and domain name, which guarantees its persistence over time.
** Absolute link: includes the resolver's protocol and domain name, making it susceptible to discontinuity in the long term.
